In her blog over at http://forliberty.typepad.com/forlibertya_brave_hearts_/2017/08/how-could-god-allow.html Beth defined the word “meek” beautifully in her post as we continue our look at the Beatitudes in Matthew 5:5 –

Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.

I love the definition of meekness:

What does it require of us to become humbly patient? I would say – trust. Who you put your trust in has a lot to do with your attitude and outlook on life, doesn’t it?

What does it take to trust him? The bottom line is this: the realization that He is FOR you and that His plans for you are good.

Here’s one of my favs for you to enjoy.
